Blogs of The Month

Following a desk poll, the team at Clementine Communications is delighted to announce February’s Bloggers of The Month.

Beauty: Fleur De Force

profile

You may recall our Gorkana-hosted breakfast in the company of the inspiring Fleur De Force back in October. Billed as ‘one of the most successful beauty and fashion vloggers in the UK’, we can’t wait to get our hands on Fleur’s second book (released in July). And beyond words and moving pictures, you may be interested to learn that Fleur has launched ‘an exclusive range of false eyelashes with top UK eyelash brand Eylure in August 2015, and also released her own capsule collection of makeup the same year, available from FeelUnique.com’. We love Fleur’s turn of phrase, as shown in her post, ‘New (Year) Skin!‘ –  ‘I think we’re all in a similar boat this month, new year’s resolutions fresh in the mind whether it be healthy eating, re-thinking the relationships in your life or making grand plans for the year ahead…’ Great stuff!

Food: Deliciously Ella!

ella-book-2-1

Glowingly beautiful Ella writes about how thoughtful cooking and eating has helped her triumph her relatively rare illness, Postural Tachycardia Syndrome. Note, Ella is also about to publish her second book, ‘Deliciously Ella Every Day’ – ‘and somehow I’ve found myself already working on my third book!’ she says. We love the optimistic tone of her voice, as demonstrated in her recent Valentine’s post about the need for self-love: ‘I thought I should take some time to talk about self-love. I know that this may sound like a strange topic to lots of you, but it’s really so important. We’re all so used to focusing on how other people make us feel that it’s easy to forget that we don’t always need external influences to be happy, and that actually our relationship with ourselves is so fundamental to our own happiness…’

Travel: Pommie Travels

Pleasantly oxymoronic,Victoria describes herself thus: ‘In my spare time I like to Google random things. I am afraid of fast cars, roller coasters and scooters, but I’ll happily jump out of a plane. Due to how much I’ve travelled, my accent is kinda weird. I’m a travel blogger but I ironically I suffer from motion sickness.’ We like Victoria’s travel tips, recently on how not to get stressed at the airport – ‘FAQ sheets exist online that can help you battle through this barrage of questioning. Google them before you travel (some can even be found on the website of the airport you’re travelling to) and you’ll breeze through any brainteasers that security staff throw your way.’ More, please, Victoria!

Happy Reading.
