It’s hard to believe we’re already over halfway through EXCELLENCE, the virtual event digging deep into what’s next for the luxury and hospitality industries.
Highlights from day two have to include the talk by on Female Leadership in the morning. Hosted by Véronique Forge-Karibian, the Founder of O Feminin, the three speakers were none other than:

Female empowerment is hugely important to us at Clementine, a team run by women and led by our Managing Director, Clemence de Crecy. Watching on the bespoke ‘EXCELLENCEbyVendôm’ app, available in the app store, we couldn’t turn away from the enlightening conversation between the three women, dissecting the difference between ‘male’ and ‘female’ leadership, and the importance of inclusivity all the way from attracting talent to managing it.
We also tuned into the conference on Luxury and Sustainability, two things that haven’t always gone hand in hand. The luxury industry is arguably the force that should be leading the charge to make ecological changes and take environmental responsibility, something that was discussed at length. The moderator was Johanna Wagner of the ESSEC Business School, and the speakers were:
