April 2022 – Luxury lifestyle PR agency, Clementine Com, is undertaking its second annual #5Marathons5Days challenge to raise money for mental health and suicide prevention charity, Beder. The challenge – beginning on 25th April – will see the collective Clementine Com team run (or walk!) the total length of a marathon each day, for five days straight, culminating on 29th April… 131 miles later.
Last year, Clementine Com raised over £3,000 which went directly to Beder to support the young London-based charity in its unique approach to softly raise awareness around mental health and suicide prevention through exciting and inspiring events and initiatives.
AS an agency, Clementine Com, understand that looking after our mental health is as important as our physical health, so we are incredibly humbled to be able to support Beder in the run up to Mental Health Awareness Week once again.
Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event, set up by the Mental Health Foundation 22 years ago taking place between 9th and 15th May. This year’s theme is loneliness, which is especially pertinent in our current climate. Over the past two years, the pandemic has changed our working landscape, and with the rise of working from home, it effects ever more people in the UK which has a huge impact on our physical and mental health.
Teamwork is fundamental to Clementine Com’s values which is why we will be completing our miles each day in teams.
Clementine Com has asked for any donations, big or small, that will be going to Beder, to be paid to its Just Giving page, where all proceeds will go towards raising awareness around mental health and suicide prevention. The link can be found here:
