Here are three useful, beautiful and authored sites which piqued the team’s interest this month.
The Londoner
Beautiful founder, Rosie quotes Confucius when advising her bountiful readership on their career paths: ‘choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.’ The Londoner charts Rosie’s glamorous-seeming life, with guest appearances by Custard, a Maltese cross Yorkie. Recent posts pull focus on London Fashion Week, a super meal at the quaint, Little Viet Kitchen (where Rosie revealed a fondness for gin and tonics – this venue offers four distinct versions using four distinct gins), as well as her adventures in New York City. Matt The List
Finally, Matt Hickman’s established site offers not only a very useful, detailed resource mapping London’s best bars, but lively commentary on the drinks scene, including an encouraging preview of London Cocktail Week, and, internationally, Matt’s adventures in California, where he explored in some depth, the craft beer scene…
